Rubios Restaurants, a Carlsbad-based fast-casual Mexican-food chain, filed for bankruptcy in Delaware on Monday.

Rubio’s Spoke Woman Anita-Marie Lori said Monday that the company wants to stress out to diners that “our restaurants are open as usual.”
