One of Hip-Hop’s favorite movie villains, Tom “Tiny” Lister Jr., has died.
Paramedics were reportedly called today (December 10) to Lister’s apartment in Marina del Rey, California. Unfortunately, the 6’5 actor died when the paramedics arrived.
The family has not released the cause of death of the 62-year-old famous actor. Ice Cube’s franchise “Friday” has risen to national prominence as a tough guy.
His character “Deebo” became so popular that the word “Deebo” became a verb to strike or punch.
In addition to scaring Chris Tucker on “Friday” and starring in the sequel to “Next Friday”, Tiny Lister also appeared on the Players’ Club, where he made his directorial debut on Ice Cube.
Ice Cube commented on Lister’s sudden death.

Tiny Lister had a close relationship with hip-hop. He starred in Chamillionaire’s video for his breakout, starring as a lead character in the Grammy Award-winning hit “Ridin” and “T-Lay” in Master P’s classic “I Got the Hookup”. Dr. Dre’s cult classic “The Wash. ”
Tini has also starred in blockbusters such as “Austin Powers in Gold Member”, “Beyonce Knowles” and “Jackie Brown” starring Robert De Niro.
In Tini’s last Instagram post, he gave instructions to San Francisco 49’s star Tishun Raquel “Deebo” Samuel, commenting on the actor’s death.
