Faced with the scale of the health disaster associated with the fourth wave of Covid-19, CHUM’s management is recalling all its medical and non-medical staff. Following the cancellation of the holidays, this reminder was summoned to a guarantor on Monday, August 9, 2021.
The only problem affecting the operation of Martinique University Hospital is not just the explosion of Kovid-19 pollution. He has to deal with personal management in this crisis phase. For one week, all holidays were canceled.
This Monday, August 9, 2021, CHUM (Center Hospitalier University de Martinique) Management is recalling all medical and non-medical staff currently on leave. Everyone is asked to take over their workplace.
So the following concerns:
- Nursing Staff (Nurse, Nursing Assistant, Nursery Woman, Nursery Assistant, Midwife);
- Medical-Technical Officers (Electro Radiology Manipulator, Mussoorie-Physiotherapist, Laboratory Assistant);
- Medical Officers.
All of these trades are essential for the proper functioning of currently stressed care services. Martinique University Hospital knows that it can rely on each of its professionals to collectively pursue these missions that support the population.
CHU management said in a statement that it would issue a bail summons on Monday to employees who remain on leave.

This order to return to work should bring CHUM back to a more satisfactory operation, with the arrival of attendants from France remaining. Solidarity and Health Minister Olivier Veron launched a proposal yesterday (Sunday, August 8, 2021) on his Twitter account to help hospitals, especially in the Martinique and Guadeloupe regions.
For his part, Foreign Minister Sebastian Lecornu will have Sebastian on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at Martinique, while the Guardians will be deployed to strengthen.
