Carlo Ancelotti will lose 12 players during this international break. Cortois, Hazard, Alaba, Benzema, Modric, Jovic, Casemiro, Vinicius, Milito, Valverde, Miguel and Camvinga are all selected players. Here is the schedule of their matches.

Belgium – France (Thursday, October 7, 8:45 pm)

Benzema, Courtois and Hazard will face each other in the Nations League semi-finals. The match will take place this Thursday at the Alliance Stadium in Turin. The winner will face Italy-Spain in the final on Sunday, October 10. The loser will play for third and fourth place on the same day.

Cyprus – Croatia (Friday, October 8, 8.45 pm)
Croatia – Slovakia (Monday, October 11, 8.45 pm)

Luka Modric will play two Croatian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. The Balkan team will first face Cyprus at the AEK Arena. They will then host Slovakia at the Grodsky Stadium in Osijek.

Faroe Islands – Austria (Saturday 9 October 20.45)
Denmark – Austria (Tuesday, October 12, 8.45 pm)

David Alaba will play in a World Cup qualifier in Qatar. The Austrian will start against the Faroe Islands at the Tursvallur Stadium. For the second game, he will go to Parken Stadium in Copenhagen to face Denmark.

Luxembourg – Serbia (Saturday, October 9, 8.45 pm)
Serbia – Azerbaijan (Tuesday, October 12, 8.45 pm)

Serbia have called on Jovic for their two World Cup qualifiers. First, he will play against Luxembourg from home. Next, the Madrid striker will face Azerbaijan at the Rajko Mitic Stadium in Belgrade.

Venezuela – Brazil (Friday, October 8, 1:30 AM)
Colombia – Brazil (Sunday, October 10, 11 pm)
Brazil – Uruguay (Friday, October 15, 2:30 AM)

Casimiro, Vinicius and Militio have been called up by Brazil for three World Cup qualifiers. The top-ranked Brazilians will begin their journey to Venezuela, followed by a two-day journey to Colombia. Finally, they will host Valverde’s Uruguay at the Arena Amasinia in Manaus.

Uruguay – Colombia (Friday, October 8, 1:00 AM)
Argentina – Uruguay (Monday, October 11, 1:30 AM)
Brazil – Uruguay (Friday, October 15, 2:30 AM)

Valverde will take advantage of this international break to play in qualifying matches. Uruguay’s first match is against Colombia at Gran Park Central. The last two will be trips to Argentina and Brazil, where he will face Casimiro, Vinicius and Milito.

Spain U21 – Slovakia (Friday, October 8, 8:45 pm)
Spain U21 – Northern Ireland (Tuesday, October 12, 8:45 pm)

Miguel Guterres has been called up to the Spain Under-21 squad for two qualifiers for the 2023 European U21 Championship. He will first play against Slovakia at La Cartuja Stadium in Seville and against Northern Ireland at the same stadium.

France U21 – Ukraine (Friday, October 8, 6.30pm)
Serbia – France U21 (Tuesday 12 October, 6.30pm)

Camavinga has been called up to the France Under-21 squad for two Euro U21 qualifiers. They will first face Ukraine in the Blue in Stade Francis. They will go to the Partisan Stadium in Belgrade to challenge Serbia.
