Fact-checking the declare

As it turns out, the graphic that is accomplishing the rounds on Twitter was clicked by a photographer named Ashish in 2019 and has no relationship with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in anyway.

The photograph was taken shortly just after the scrapping of Posting 370 by the Centre in August past year. It depicts migrants leaving the valley soon after the authorities abrogated its specific position.
