Yes Pinocchio Three films nominated for the 2021 EFA Young Audience Award – Matteo Garon, Norwegian The Crossing Johann Helgland and Ireland-Luxembourg co-production Wolf Walkers D Tom Moore & Ross Stewart.

The event will take place in a hybrid format, with three nominated films – in theaters, where possible or online – screened by juries of 12 to 14 year olds from 38 countries across Europe. Under the guidance of film experts, they will be invited to discuss, exchange views and interact with their peers across Europe. Young audiences will vote to decide the winning film, which will be announced at the awards ceremony April 25, Conducted by Ivana Nova, former EFA YAA jury. The EFA Young Audience Awards are organized and promoted by the European Film Academy and EFA Productions. Each young audience film day is organized with the support of their respective national partners. For Italy: Niels Stenson Cultural Foundation Foundation (Florence), Alice Nella City (Rome), National Museum of Cinema (Turin).
