What did you study to go to Earth and pass the Tokyo Science III Class at the Inter-High School Championships in High School 3?
NoonI was not focused on studying until high school 2, but for the time being, I am studying with the intention of getting good grades in the regular school exams. I do my best in English, and I took Icon first class during high school 2. In the high 3 start, other subjects were messed up, but I wondered if English was almost complete with some basics.
I couldn’t really do math, so from the winter of high school 2, I started solving the problem book myself to restore the basics. I started science from high school 3, but when I switched from physics to biology, it connected better than I expected, and my grades gradually improved.
How to use concentration and awareness about the “mood”
How many hours a day do you study?
NoonUntil the summer of high school 3, I had club activities four times a week, and after that day I did my homework for three or four hours. On days when I didn’t have club activities, I felt like I was studying all the time after school, so about 6 hours. After the inter-school athletic meet, I did nothing more than study, so it was about 10 hours, and last time it was about 14 hours.
-What were the tips and things you kept in mind to apply and maintain your concentration?
NoonDuring my first year of high school 3, I was very aware that I was completely behind in my surroundings and now I felt like I should do what I could without learning. So I didn’t have time to relax and I didn’t even try to concentrate.
However, from the point of view of how to use my concentration … I am very sensitive to my mood. For example, when it comes to competition, I get nervous and excited before the game, but I think I can use it to bring it into the game and record it.
When did you gain the ability to objectively see your mood towards actual performance?
