Eran Cohen and Ariel Berkman founded Overback in 2015, currently employing 250 people worldwide, 70 of whom are in Israel. The company operates out of New Jersey and has a development center in Israel.

The company says the additional funding will support ongoing investments in global expansion and expand the overbackup platform to help companies manage and secure their most critical data on SaaS.

The company’s 3,000 customers include Aecom, Aston Martin, Siena, Delivery Hero, Guidewire Software, Make – a – Wish Foundation Foundation Medtronic, Navy Federal Credit Union, Singapore Economic Development Board and the University of Miami. The company added 400 new customers in the last quarter, including Crocs and Zoom.
