Olivia Atwood of Love Island bursts into tears during a meal with her new mum, revealing that she has undergone surgery to remove a lump from her chest.
In a clip for tomorrow night’s episode of Olivia Meets Her Match, the reality TV star is getting unnaturally emotional.
Bolivia’s tears flow as boyfriend Bradley joins his mother-in-law to celebrate Duck’s family.
At dinner, Bolivia became emotional after Bradley’s mum raised a glass to welcome her into the family.
Fans were upset when Olivia told them on social media last month that she had undergone secret surgery.
Bolivia said happily: “Welcome to your family means a lot to me.

“I am just happy to be free. Throughout my life people have never understood who I am. You can misunderstand me. This is a lot. Lots of hair and lots of breasts I love your son so much. ”
“It’s been about two weeks,” Bolivia told fans earlier.
She said: “I found a lump on the top of my right breast, which was very hard and I really felt it was close to the surface.
“It makes me so much pain and discomfort right now.

“It’s not likely to be anything, but it’s still sitting in the hole in your stomach.”
In the episode, Bolivia performs an ultrasound scan with a surgeon and breathes a sigh when he tells her he is “confident it is not breast cancer”.
She tells how she decided to have surgery to remove the mass as a precaution.
Olivia’s right breast mass was removed during local anesthesia.

“I’m sure I need it now,” she said.
“I have nothing to grow at this speed. I want to get rid of it.”
Bolivia explained the reason for her show’s intimidation because it received an “audience of girls from 13-25” – and she wants to encourage them to adapt more to their body and female health.
