In our camera blind test, we showed you different shapes, each taken with different smartphones. You voted which picture you like best without knowing which photo was taken from which mobile phone. Here are the results at a glance:

We counted the winners for you in two different ways – once with the point system (five points for first place, two for second place, …) and once all the votes were collected. While the distance between the candidates varies depending on the calculation method, the order is the same: the Google Pixel 6 Pro comes out with a decent lead.

To keep you in the mood for the following images and personal results, you can take a look at the blind test participants and their camera equipment at:

Scene 1: Daylight, main camera

Our blind test started with the simplest exercise: day and main camera. Here, the iPhone 13 Pro was able to surpass Xiaomi and OPPO. It is noteworthy here that many smartphones offer cool recordings, while Apple uses a slightly warmer tone.

  • First place: iPhone 13 Pro
  • Platz 2: Xiaomi 12 Pro
  • Plot 3: Oppo Find X5 Pro

Scene 2: Daylight, 3.3x zoom

Rare as the sunshine of last week, the OnePlus 10 Pro won first place in our blind test. But both worked here. However, the differences between the recordings were relatively small, so the result was very close.

  • First place: OnePlus 10 Pro
  • Platz 2: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra
  • Platz 3: Xiaomi 12 Pro

Motif 3: Daylight, 5x zoom

The iPhone 13 Pro does not have the best prerequisites for telephoto zoom tasks, but surprisingly, it does well here. The Pixel 6 Pro and Galaxy S22 Ultra are next in line, as I expected before Apple – and you?

  • First place: iPhone 13 Pro
  • Second place: Google Pixel 6 Pro
  • Platz 3: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

Motif 4: “Daylight”, 10x zoom

Finally, Samsung has introduced fully into the tenfold zoom cards. Finally, the Galaxy S22 Ultra board has a 10x telephoto lens that can take photos here in native resolution. However, it’s surprising that the iPhone 13 Pro is also at the forefront here – ahead of the Pixel 6 Pro, which has better zoom capabilities, at least on paper.

  • Platz 1: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra
  • Second place: iPhone 13 Pro
  • Third place: Google Pixel 6 Pro

Scene 5: Daylight, Ultra Wide Angle

In our fifth square, the iPhone stands out the photo again. It is the most competitive of the pictures and then warmer than the smile, is the most important, are significantly brighter in the picture flesh of the building. I like that, you have to be very clear!

  • First place: iPhone 13 Pro
  • Platz 2: Xiaomi 12 Pro
  • Plot 3: Oppo Find X5 Pro

Motif 6: Daylight, Maximum Resolution

A lot of doubt? It is not necessary! 22 Ultra provides the most image on paper, the Samsung Galaxy screen. In practice, however, the 50-megapixel sensors from the OPPO and oneplus did not realize that in terms of reproduction and more detail.

  • Plot 1: Oppo Find X5 Pro
  • Second place: OnePlus 10 Pro
  • Platz 3: Xiaomi 12 Pro

Motif 7: Indoor, main camera

IPhone best performance for our first subject in terms of poor lighting variations. The differences between the different smartphones can be seen here in the reproduction of details, for example in the dark image areas of the stones around the tracks like here.

  • First place: iPhone 13 Pro
  • Platz 2: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra
  • Plot 3: Oppo Find X5 Pro

Motif 8: Indoor shot, 2x zoom

Our next square was a tolerance experiment that participated. Only the light here came from a pair of very hot bulbs bulbs weak behind an angle to the wall. The Pixel 6 Pro achieved the most neutral white balance here – with a clear margin voted first.

  • First place: Google Pixel 6 Pro
  • Second place: Apple iPhone 13 Pro
  • Third place: OnePlus 10 Pro

Scene 9: Indoor shot, ultra wide angle

The Pixel 6 Pro is again at the forefront of the next Motif. Google got white balancing under artificial light and gave one of the most neutral results here. Also, the light angle of the lamp in the ceiling does not decrease to pale brightness through excessive HDR mode.

  • First place: Google Pixel 6 Pro
  • Platz 2: Oppo Find X5 Pro
  • Platz 3: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

Motif 10: Night, main camera

The Night Motif surprised me: the Xiaomi 12 Pro was clearly fixed here. While the iPhone 13 Pro clearly dominated night photos in our last blind test, the Galaxy S22 Ultra, Find X5 Pro and Pixel 6 Pro are now passing.

  • Platz 1: Xiaomi 12 Pro
  • Platz 2: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra
  • Plot 3: Oppo Find X5 Pro

Inspiration 11: Night, 3x-zoom

In this evening scene shot with triple zoom, Apple and Samsung are at the forefront again. The challenge here was to capture the high contrast between the light panels and the surroundings in low light.

  • First place: Apple iPhone 13 Pro
  • Platz 2: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra
  • Third place: Google Pixel 6 Pro

Scene 12: Night, Ultra Wide Angle

Light three times, and three times in the dark. The lighting conditions of the subject matter of 12 to 10 to take the image with the main camera is an ultra-wide-angle, instead of the identical. Google has set up its pro-pixel 6 Right Here large margin.

  • First place: Google Pixel 6 Pro
  • Second place: Apple iPhone 13 Pro
  • Plot 3: Oppo Find X5 Pro

Motif 13: Portrait, daylight

After sports: My soul face was really an easy one with portrait modes here. You, the pixel 6 Pro here after the OPPO and Xiaomi liked the best and balanced form. I’m excited to see how different the different ground and background of different smartphones are.

  • First place: Google Pixel 6 Pro
  • Platz 2: Oppo Find X5 Pro
  • Platz 3: Xiaomi 12 Pro

Motivation 14: Selfie, artificial light

Poor selfies under artificial lighting – Lighting meattiv 8 of the same, just to – you are the first two places Galaxy S22 Ultra, Pixel 6 Pro and selected. And there is nothing for a little while. The two smartphones are creating an impartial reproduce – on the other hand, the iPhone Pro 13, Self-Tanner apparently drunk. Cutullatanenn really agree very light bulbs.

  • Platz 1: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra
  • Second place: Google Pixel 6 Pro
  • Third place: OnePlus 10 Pro

Reason 15: Selfie, Bokeh

The final motif was about selfies with bokeh effect – here the OnePlus 10 Pro was able to celebrate one of its rare successes. With 38%, the smartphone came in second with twice the votes of the Find X5 Pro.

  • First place: OnePlus 10 Pro
  • Platz 2: Oppo Find X5 Pro
  • Platz 3: Xiaomi 12 Pro
