Microsoft tops list of companies with best corporate culture, according to employee editorial articles

Relative analyst firm Shared Annual rating of companies with the most favorable corporate culture. The chart is based on anonymous employee feedback from 70,000 companies collected from March 2021.

The leader in the ratings is Microsoft, which was ranked fourth on the previous chart. Relative CEO Jason Nasser Said In an interview with CNBC, Microsoft employees often praised Satya Nadella, the corporation’s head, for describing him as a leader with a clear vision of the situation and an excellent global strategy. Many employees of the company stressed that they are happy to be in the company of a confident leader during such difficult times.

The entire top three positions in the rankings are occupied by technology companies. In second place is IBM and in third place is Google, whose employees are satisfied with management’s efforts to promote innovation, work ethic and diversity.

Employees are relatively polled on approximately 20 metrics that define a favorable corporate culture. Among other things, it describes how satisfied employees are with their pay, the level of involvement in the affairs of the company, and the balance between work and personal life.
