Lotto win: Lotto jackpot ticket announced as $ 5.3 million win

The winning $ 5.3 million lotto jackpot was sold somewhere in Kilkenny.

A Lotto spokesman said the shop in question had not yet been revealed but tickets had been sold in the area.

This morning she said: “As always with multi-million jackpot wins, it is important to inform the winning retailer and give the winning ticketholder the time and space to allow this life-changing $ 5.3 million win.

“Last night’s lottery generated more than 77,000 winners across the country, so we urge everyone who bought tickets to last night’s lottery to check those tickets, especially if you play at Kilkenny.”

More announcements are expected when more information is provided Friday.

Rumors are already circulating in the city and Kandy as to who got the life-changing money.

The number of winners was 2, 5, 7, 29, 38, 42 and bonus number 27.

There were no winners in the Lotto Plus 1 or Lotto Plus 2 best prizes.

Numbers drawn for plus 1: 1, 3, 10, 18, 22, 31, bonus number 40.

Plus 2 numbers were: 3, 9, 31, 36, 40, 43, bonus number 32.
