More and more families are connected to mobile.

4G and 5G networks continue to grow rapidly in countless countries around the world, in line with sustainable democratic processes. Unavoidable offer

A study by Ericsson on retail offers from service providers around the world shows that 238 of the 311 operators studied had an FWA offer, representing an average of 77% globally.

Service providers have more than doubled their acceptance of FWA offers over the past three years. Over the past six months, the number of operators offering 5G FWA services has increased by about 30%, although now the ultimate mobile technology is nominal.

Will 5G be successful in 2027?

However, 5G continues its triumphant journey. “Over the past 6 months, the number of service providers offering 5G FWA services has increased from 57 to 75, representing approximately 30% growth, according to the same report. By 2027, 5G should approach or double 4G.

The 60% of service providers who took part in the survey now see growth in all regions, with the largest increase in North America offering 5G FWA. For accuracy, Ericsson indicates that these FWA-type accesses are built into mobile dongles through fixed indoor or outdoor devices.
