‘L’ marking marked on the road

Thrissur: Locals in the district were alarmed to see small angles like ‘L’ in the English alphabet painted with plaster on roadsides and fields in many parts of the district.

Concerned neo-hippies and their global warming, i’ll tell ya. It is full of calls to the Revenue Department and the Public Works Department asking what this is. Calls are also being made to the corporation office. No one can say for sure.

Most people do not even know it. When the answer was not forthcoming, the questions were posted on social media. Taking a photo of what is marked as ‘L’ on the road, the question is whether you know what this sign is or why. There is also a vague answer. There are also bad calls when it comes to comments that K-Rail is for nailing.

Officials say the marking is part of a land reserve. The survey is currently being conducted by drone. The ‘L’ shape drawn on the plaster is marked to mark the area by the drone.
