Jamaica’s governor-general suspends particular use of royal insignia about ‘offending image’

Governor-Common Patrick Allen, the British monarchy’s consultant in Jamaica, made the announcement on Friday. Allen claimed he is suspending the particular use of the insignia of the Purchase of St. Michael and St. George due to the fact of its offensive implications, in accordance to a statement on the governor-general’s website.
