Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez has admitted that she has been working with some significant anxiety these days. The actress did not disclose the cause, but explained that yoga is assisting her to defeat worry.

Jacqueline Fernandez confessed that consistently carrying out yoga has assisted her beat the strain. “I have been dealing with some main panic these previous several months.. however remaining dependable with yoga has taught me the valuable lesson of currently being in the instant and what is even extra significant.. gratitude.. for existence and getting alive.. have a good working day absolutely everyone!” she shared on Instagram on Wednesday.

Jacqueline Fernandez also shared a video where she can be witnessed doing a couple of asanas. Jacqueline is a yoga fanatic and keeps sharing her video clips for supporters on social media. In the past, she has shared videos of her carrying out asanas like Surya Namaskar, stretching of the backbone and deep breathing.

On the perform entrance, Jacqueline recently designed her digital debut with the website sequence Mrs Serial Killer and released an on the net dance competition titled House Dancer.
