A Latin American internet service provider posted its biggest increase in July . We update this index monthly to find the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) that offer the best primetime Netflix streaming experience.
In Honduras, TEVISTAT returned to its April level, rising from 0.2 Mbit/s to 2.4 Mbit/s. TEVISTAT experienced the same increase in April, from 2.0 Mbit/s to 2.2 Mbit/s. Honduras joins Bolivia and Guatemala, a trio of Latin American countries whose performance is consistently 3.0 Mbit/s or higher from month to month.
However, in Europe, two ISPs from the same country suffered performance drops of more than 0.2 Mbps, two of the three biggest drops for the month. In the Netherlands, the delta drops by 0.4 Mbit/s, from 3.6 to 3.2 Mbit/s. Also in the Netherlands, Callaway drops 0.6 Mbit/s, from 3.6 to 3 Mbit/s.
In Southeast Asia, in Vietnam, VNPT drops by 0.4 Mbit/s, from 3.6 to 3.2 Mbit/s. The same decline was recorded in the country’s average throughput, knocking Vietnam out of the top spot for the first time since April.

Germany, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, South Korea, Denmark, Spain, United States, Finland, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway Panama, Paraguay , the Netherlands, the Philippines, Portugal, Romania, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, and Thailand recorded average speeds of 3.4 Mbit/s.
