Published on

Munich – “Super Saturday” kept its promise, with lots of tension and lots of drama at the end. With England as winners of the High-Class Six Nation Tournament.

England finished the tournament with a score of 34: 5. They rejoiced in the overall success of TV. At the end of “Super Saturday” their victory was enough as Ireland and France did not get a chance in a direct battle.

35:27 France won the war against Ireland and finished second in the tournament. France needed a win with an extra point and a lead of more than 30 points for a big win, but in the end they were far from it.

Ireland needed a win by at least six points, and the defeat pushed the Irish to third place. They lost sight of the overall victory because the second half was weak.

Scotland won

At the start of “Super Saturday”, Scotland beat Wales 14:10 to celebrate their third tournament victory.

Scotts are fourth behind Wales and Italy.
