International Food Village debuts in Rome, City of the Other Economy. The event is organized by Alfredo Orofino, nicknamed the “King of Street Food” and president of the AIRS Italian Association of Street Restaurateurs. The culinary festival will take place on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th October 2022 from 12pm and will take place on Friday 14th October at 6.00pm in Ex Mattatoio (Largo dino Frizzullo).

Visitors can experience a true world tour through the cuisine of 15 different countries, including the United States, Peru, Brazil, Spain, Germany and the Czech Republic. An experience beyond flavors and aromas introduces cultures near and far that express an important part of their soul and identity through food.

During the three days dedicated to street food, there will be many delicious stands, including Peruvian cuisine, Paella Valenciana, Argentinian cuisine, Irish Angus kebabs, American doughnuts, Calabrian licorice and American pulled pork.
