Hong Kong is dealing with a “3rd wave” of coronavirus bacterial infections, which industry experts say is joined to the easing of social distancing steps — and probably a mutation which could make it more infectious.

For weeks, Hong Kong’s circumstance numbers have stayed reduced in the one digits each working day — even zero occasionally.
