Hein van Heusbrouck wary of Djurgarden: “Another championship leader against us”

“With Molde and Shamrock we played against the leaders in Norway and Ireland,” Vanhesbrouck said. “Djurgården were third at the time of the draw, but in the meantime they got first. They don’t have the same names as Malmo for example, but it won’t be easy. They’re first for nothing. Swedish league.”

According to Vanhesebrouck, Djurgården is particularly strong collectively, “offensively and defensively”. “They have a lot of experience, too, and are very solid,” Buffalo’s T1 detailed. “The team may have few stars, but it has a wide core with plenty of substitution possibilities. They are in an important period at home with the match against Hakan (2nd in the championship, editor’s note) between Sunday. Two battles against us, so I suspect they will use this big core. They are experienced, solid and collective. It is never easy to play against such a team.

Julien de Sartt makes his first election appearance this season. The midfielder has been unavailable for a long time after undergoing adductor surgery. Only forwards Tarik Tissoudali and Darko Lemagic were missing.
