He gets an SMS and then a phone call that is supposed to come from Orange: Beware of corruption!

Published on

On Friday, April 30, a person from Yuppan receives an SMS from Orange, the telephone operator. The text message tells him that he has paid the bill twice. He is asked to click on an attached link and follow the instructions to get a refund. After clicking the link, a form opens. However, he canceled the procedure because he had problems filling out the form.

But soon, he was called by someone who spoke French and claimed to be an orange worker. Eupenois again follows the instructions he receives, especially when using his bank card reader. Later, he finds out that he has withdrawn money from his account more than once. He complained in the Westdre-Gule area.
