MUNICH (OTS) – From August 3rd there will be a cooking show of a different kind at Hayou: Moderator and producer Joel McHale Celebrity Beef settles the disputes of celebrities in the kitchen.

Each week two celebrities compete in a cook-off. Armed with a knife in hand and plenty of condiments in the cupboard, they’re ready to whip up the perfect dish while serving up “Beef” in the Hollywood Hills. The stars don’t just settle their scores – the atmosphere literally boils over as they reveal exclusive insider information on their rivals.

Joel acts as moderator, prosecutor, judge and jury at the same time and presents his chefs with exciting challenges during the showdown. Winners of cooking challenges will receive special ingredients for their dishes. Losers are punished severely and the kitchen knife is quickly exchanged for a garden tool. At the end of each episode, the final dishes are presented and a winning meal receives a trophy and a $10,000 donation to a good cause. Joel helps the celebrity couple settle their dispute once and for all and ensures a happy ending.
