Hainan Consumer Products Expo application deadline announced

Hyco, March 17 / Tas /. The organizers of the first China International Consumer Products Exhibition to be held in Hainan from May 7 to 10, 2021, are finalizing the application process for potential exhibitors, China Central Television reported.

The exhibition will attract many leading international brands. In particular, the report says that more than 200 companies from Italy, Belgium, France and other countries will be showcasing their products at the Jewelery Pavilion. In the food sector, it expects more than 150 manufacturers from countries such as Spain, Thailand and France.

“The business acquisition is coming to an end. Many companies are competing for space. Many global brands include Swiss company Richmond Group, French group Kering, Carl Lafayette, American NBA, Japanese Shisido, and L.A. Oriel will also attend the exhibition, said Han Zhengjian, director of international economic development. China Central Television Quoted Agency.

As previously reported by the Hainan Daily, more than 400 brands from 50 countries have confirmed their participation in the first China International Consumer Product Exhibition in Hainan. The total exhibition area will reach 80,000 square meters, of which 60,000 square meters will be owned by Chinese exhibitors. Many companies including Omron, Dell, Tesla and Osborne will be included in the foreign exhibitors.

The construction schedule of the Hainan Free Trade Port, which was released on June 1, 2020, includes a proposal to hold the exhibition. The event was formally approved by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Council State of the People’s Republic of China on September 20 last year.

The event is jointly organized by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and the Hainan Government.

Switzerland was chosen as the special guest at the exhibition. More than a dozen countries will present their national pavilions, including Germany, Ireland, France, South Korea and Japan. The exhibition will be divided into five main sections: Fashion, Jewelery, Diamonds, High Quality Food, Health Products, Travel, Tourism Products and Comprehensive Services.
