Former senator arrested in Jamaica for assassinating Haitian president

Haitian authorities are searching for former Haitian Senator John Joel Joseph The assassination of President Joanne Moyes in July last year, Arrested in Jamaica, local police sources said on Saturday.

Joseph was taken into custody Friday night and is now being held at a police facility, the informant said, without giving further details about the proceedings.
