This is official! Dublin will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day this year with great fanfare! The program has now been unveiled with celebrations lasting 4 days from 16th March 2022! Celebrations that should take place in a normal setting, as if Kovid (almost) did not exist!

To that end, the whole of Dublin intends to vibrate to the rhythm of St. Patrick’s Day celebrations! More than four days of celebrations await you! There will be something for everyone!
The return of the Dublin Grand Parade!

In the great news of St. Patrick’s Day 2022, we must pay special attention to the great return of the Great Dublin Parade! It will take to the streets of the Irish capital on March 17th and already promises to be gorgeous! Giant floats, musicians, dancers … thousands of artists are planning to parade on O’Connell Street in an incredible atmosphere and put on a show!
The organizers are betting to make the parade even more spectacular than previous editions: a way to avoid the Kovid for the past two years and open the festivities, forcing them to cancel it all!

Temple Bar on St. Patrick’s Day
The theme of this year’s festival is “Connection” (” Links In the Irish Gaelic). It will allow organizers to celebrate Irish arts, culture and heritage and invite the world to reconnect with Dublin after two years without a festival in the capital.
It will be the most important and desirable “historic celebration” of the moment!

The festival resides in the Irish National Museum and more precisely in the Collins Barracks building where the Decorative Arts & History Museum is located. The venues will host an Urban Festival day and night from March 16 to 20!
