Singer-songwriter Emma Garnett, or Fehda, grew up between Ireland and Sierra Leone. This trained astronomer creates her own style, which she defines as the “Afrofuturist Electro Soul”, not only through R’n’B but also with traditional Irish and West African songs. Fehda, the spiritual daughter of Erica Badou and Oumou Sangare, cites Ali Farka Toure and Youssef N Door as sources of inspiration. Her committed titles reveal a brilliant artist, and with them we should definitely count!
