Many users are experiencing technical problems with Microsoft Lotlook services around the world.

Web users have complained that the email is inaccessible and that Outlook.com fails to load.

The tech giant confirmed that it was “actively investigating” and that it was affecting people “around the world”, especially those in India.

As of 9 a.m. Thursday, more than 4,000 incidents related to Outlook, Office 365 and Microsoft teams had been reported, according to the DoneTector website, which monitors Internet glitches.

Email issues with Outlook

The main problems reported are login issues, server connection errors, and problems loading the lootlook website.

In a report on Thursday morning, Microsoft said: “Users may not be able to access their email. We collect additional data from the affected infrastructure to help our investigation determine the cause of the impact. ”

The Microsoft 365 Service Events team added: “We have received reports that users are having trouble accessing their Exchange Online Number Accesses through lollook on the web.

“Our preliminary inquiry indicates that the audience is primarily influenced by India-based users.”

A statement added: “We recognize that this issue is affecting users around the world.

“We review recent changes to our service to further determine the cause of the impact. Users may encounter problems with various Exchange online protocols, including those that depend on Outlook desktop, mobile devices, and REST functionality. ”

‘Keep it until the weekend?’

This is the second major Microsoft service crash in less than a week after hours of technical problems Monday for Microsoft Lotlook, Office 365, teams and other services.

Many Outlook users took to Twitter to share their frustration when they saw a white page: “Something went wrong… Sorry, we can’t get that information right now. Please try again later. ”

Sharing the ridiculous GIF of a dancer, one tweeted: “Oh how awful, vision is declining, I can’t access any of my emails”

Another wrote: “Hello, can you keep this for the weekend?”

The third said: “How long can we expect it to go down? I try to test for corona virus, so this is an important point. ”
