The 27-year-old Neela, the Olympic champion in Tokyo, won in 9”95 ahead of British Charnell Hughes (9″ 99) and Jeremiah Asu (10″ 13). Another blue star Chituru Ali (10″ 28) was eighth. Jacobs had won the semi-final with 10″ 00.
