Arnheim – The milestone has arrived! Marcus Schubert (23), Thomas Letch (53) and Vitese Arnheim beat favorite RSC Anderlecht in the playoffs of the European Conference League.

After 3: 3 in the first match, the Dutch club won the second leg in front of the home crowd 2: 1 and can now expect a better opponent in the group stage!

Joshua Cirquez (20, loan from FC Bayern Munich, playing in the Dutch U-21s), Benito Raman (26, former FC Schalke 04, formerly an international player for Belgium), Sergio Gomez (20, formerly Borussia Dortmund, now playing for the Spanish U21), Wesley Hoyd (27, once active for the Netherlands), Christopher Olson (26, Sweden EM regular), Lior Reflow (35, 39 games for Israel), Hendrik van Crombrug (28, Belgium), Joachim (25); Dwarf (25, Ireland), Francis Amusu (22, Belgium, U21) and Taylor Harwood-Bellis (19, English U21) formed the starting line-up of former world-class defender and current RSC coach Vincent Company (35).
He also changed three other international matches that show that the Belgian top club is actually a favorite. But the modest start to the season (four games, seven points, ninth in the Jupiter Pro League) left its mark.
