Rocking Christmas
Markus Ehlichs teaches flexible remediation. Mette Nadja Hansen
Jazz | swing
Flexible Intervention Force celebrates another year of music and community at WABE.
Markus Ehrlich’s flexible Remedy Trouble regularly makes guest appearances on WABE, changing programs and lineups from the jazz stylistic area.
Before heading into next year with hopeful energy, the Flexible Intervention team will be taking a look back at some of the best stage moments of the past few years and previewing what’s to come on the December date. On this evening, guests can expect a colorful mix of different ensembles and formations in planned and spontaneous activities with the musicians of the Flexible Intervention Team.
In the beginning it turns into a wonderful Christmas with “Swinging Christmas”. The voice of the wonderful singer Mette Nadja Hansen and the saxophone of the band leader Markus Ehrlich provide warmth and harmony. The rhythm group swings tastefully on piano, double bass and drums. More and more soloists join from the band archive, putting together spontaneous big-band-like arrangements, duo performances and octet arrangements. Like a big mutual give and take. Flexible reactive power in its element!
We expect a lot of music and even better encounters in the big gathering of Markus Ehrlich’s Flexible Intervention team with their friends, artists and interested listeners.
