Former Montreal Canadiens players traveled to Dublin, Ireland to celebrate a significant event in the life of one of their teammates.

Indeed, forward Jake Evans married his fiancee, his high school sweetheart Emily Flatt, according to photos shared on social media on Tuesday.

According to an ephemeral publication posted on the Instagram accounts of Kaitlyn Fitzgerald and Cat Belanger Toffoli, friends of Nick Suzuki and Tyler Toffoli, five players accompanied Evans for the occasion.

In the photo, we see Nick Suzuki, Brendan Gallagher, Joel Armia, and CH alumni Tyler Toffoli and Joel Edmondson.

Last year, Evans made a big request to his girlfriend.

Also, other weddings are expected to take place this summer. Josh Anderson will marry his partner Paola Finizio in Italy and Brendan Gallagher will marry Quebecer Emma Forte in Montreal.
