Canadian plastic surgeon accused of filming clients without their consent

A Canadian plastic surgeon is accused of filming thousands of exposed individuals in his Toronto clinic without the need of their consent, in accordance to stories.

Dr. Martin Jugenburg, 45, who calls himself “Dr. 6ix,” allegedly filmed the people in his two-tale clinic in Toronto’s Royal York Resort and posted some of the images on line, The Nationwide Post noted, citing a disciplinary panel.

“What this case is about is Dr. Jugenburg’s repeated breaches of his patients’ privateness, his repeated breaches of his patients’ confidentiality,” Carolyn Silver, a lawyer representing the regulator, advised the panel. “And these breaches by Dr. Jugenburg associated not only his very own sufferers, but lots of other clients who have been witnessed at his place of work in downtown Toronto by other medical professionals who he authorized to use his business office place.”

Jugenburg’s attorney advised the panel Wednesday that his clinic admitted to committing skilled misconduct but denied other allegations in opposition to him.
