Cab secretary Aditya Verma writes to BCCI President Sourav Ganguly would like justice for Bihar Cricket

The difficulties with regards to the administration of cricket in Bihar is almost nothing new and the complete subject took a different switch on Thursday as Cricket Association of Bihar (Cab) secretary Aditya Verma wrote to BCCI President Sourav Ganguly to look into the ongoing challenges in the condition and the infighting in the Bihar Cricket Association (BCA).

In the letter, accessed by IANS, Verma has thrown light-weight on how the Committee of Directors (CoA) violated Supreme Court’s purchase and recognised the BCA as an affiliated device of the BCCI while CAB’s petition is still pending in the Supreme Court.

“Bihar Cricket Association is an unregistered overall body, how BCCI recognised BCA as an affiliated device of BCCI, it can be a violation of hon’ble Supreme Court’s 09.08.18 get. Pretty astonishingly how earlier CoA recognised BCA, when he (it) was thoroughly mindful that BCA is an unregistered overall body in Bihar.

“Cricket Affiliation of Bihar (Cab) a registered entire body beneath culture registration act in Bihar is the main petitioner in Supreme Court. The Cab secretary went on to compose that while the BCCI is conscious of the entire predicament, it has not acted on the infighting in the condition. “If rightly or wrongly when BCCI executed election in Bihar on 23 Sept and a new elected committee of BCA arrived in the picture, but after several months the controversy begun amongst new elected President and Secretary of BCA, the two teams intimated BCCI as a result of letters. BCCI is aware everything about BCA, Patna but failed to act till these days,” he rued.
