Cab secretary Aditya Verma writes to BCCI President Sourav Ganguly would like justice for Bihar Cricket

“Bihar Cricket Association is an unregistered overall body, how BCCI recognised BCA as an affiliated device of BCCI, it can be a violation of hon’ble Supreme Court’s 09.08.18 get.
