Perfect breakfast Crispy boxy pancakes from Ireland
This Irish breakfast has it all: try the classic boxy pancakes and enjoy the day!
4 Ingredients for serving:
300 g flour potatoes
60 ml cream
2 EL Mehl
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of freshly ground pepper
2 EL butter
10 minutes (plus 10 minutes cooking time)

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. In a large bowl, beat the cream with the eggs and fold in the mashed potatoes.
Add flour and knead the mixture into a dough. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the boxy pancakes in it for four or five minutes on each side until golden brown.
