Wiener Neudorf (ots) – new name – proven service quality: Kontitrade Austria’s first Profi and Reifen John locations are starting a gradual transition to Continental’s European brand BestDrive.

In the near future, all branches of the tire and car service provider Kontitrade Austria will gradually be given a new name: “BestDrive by Continental”. Having been part of the globally active Continental AG – Kontitrade Austria group for many years, the Austrian branches are now gradually transforming into an optically uniform, European service brand.

“We now want to actively promote the long-term relationship and partnership with Continental in Austria and make it visible to everyone. Kontitrade Austria is part of the continental retail chain, under which the Best Drive service brand can already be found in countries such as France, Belgium, the Czech Republic and Ireland,” explains Gerhard Schnauer, Sales Manager Retail Kontitrade Austria.

All branches will gradually be given a new design and the overall look and naming will be adjusted. The first branches to start with this rebranding will be the Profie and Riefen John firms in Vienna. After that, more branches in Austria will shine with the new design.

“This process intentionally won’t happen overnight, but will take about two years,” Schonauer explains: “In addition to a new, unmistakable brand identity and color change, we want to standardize our service portfolio and raise it to a new level.”

Continental’s BestDrive combines professional service with proven reliability

“The new name says it all: Our central concern is to offer our customers the best possible service and at the same time to be available to them as a regular reliable partner,” sums up Schönauer. “That’s why we’re making targeted investments in a comprehensive and meticulous redesign of every location — both inside and out.”

Continental’s BestDrive will continue to specialize in tires and car services for small and large car and truck fleets, and of course, will continue to expand this quality for private customers. Another key objective is to meet international ship customers in many European countries with one service brand and unified service network.
