BEM 2022 Topic: A deputy and a gender jailed

There are many attempts at fraud during BEM, and many try to do so in order to get better grades or pocket money by reselling these said topics.

This time two were convicted: a parliamentarian and the acting commander of the National Gender Mary in L’Oreal Village.

Both are in pre-trial detention after trying to follow questions and answers from a math exam. Well done.

According to a press release from the L-Wadi’s Judicial Council, the public prosecutor revealed that he had ordered a preliminary investigation following information received by the authorities. Companions would send an envelope to the Acting Commander of the National GenderMary. Feedback from will be included Exam BEM’s, more precisely, mathematics for the daughter who was to compete in the same center.

Four suspects were arrested and remanded in custody following the investigation.

On June 3, 2022, the Ministry of Justice sent a press release to the Public Prosecutors of the Councils. He encouraged them to set up a monitoring and follow-up unit at the level of each council.

The ministry added that it was important to implement “severe judicial treatment” through immediate disciplinary action in coordination with the competent authorities.
