Apple recognizes noise issues on some iPhones

Some iPhone 12 series have sound issues.

Apple has launched a new support program for voice issues. In fact, the Cupertino company concluded that the very limited iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro could have sound problems due to the possible failure of one component of the receiver module. Strictly speaking, if the receiver of your iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro does not make a sound when you call or receive, your device may be eligible for this program. You can repair your smartphone for free at your Apple Authorized Center.

The first thing to do is to find the nearest authorized center near you and make an appointment there. Before repairing anything, don’t forget to back up your data via iCloud. Apple claims that the smartphone must be in good general condition and without visible damage. You can find all the information in Site D. Apple.

The program includes iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro. Unlike other service programs, Apple does not specify serial numbers for infected iPhones. The program is valid for two years after the product is first sold at retail. Please note: iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max are not part of this program.
