Already qualified for Euro 2025, the Blues lost nine days before their Olympic tournament debut

The meeting was on paper, but the defeat leaves a mark. Herve Renard's Blues lost to Ireland (3-1) on the final day of the Women's Euro 2025 qualifiers, synonymous with qualification for the Euros, after a 2-1 win over Sweden on July 12. 2025, Blues disappointed in Cork.
