Alison Hammond calls Ruth Langsford 'beauty' instead this morning

Alison Hammond called Ruth Langsford a beauty on social media this morning instead.

The 45-year-old presenter praised Ruth’s appearance on her social media page.

Ruth, 60, shared a picture of herself in a blue jumper.

Big Brother once wrote in a post to contestant Ruth: “What a beauty [heart emoji]”.

Ruth has not yet liked or responded to Alison’s comments on the post.

The moment on social media came after the Daily Mirror revealed that Alison and Dermot O’Leary will replace Ruth and her husband Eamon Holmes for Friday morning shows.

Ruth and Emon have been presenters on their favorite ITV morning show for 14 years.

Instead, the pair will be in front of the show only when Philip Showfield and Holy Willoughby are on summer vacation.
