A school bus caught fire on Mammelles Road without causing any casualties

This Friday, June 10, 50 children who went on a school trip by bus are in great fear. The machine caught fire on Mamelles Road. There were no casualties in the fire.

Firefighters are currently operating on Departmental Road 23, also known as the Mammells Route, between Petit-Berg and Point-Noir. The school bus that was crossing caught fire.

The plane was carrying 50 students and seven accompanying adults from a primary school in Bay-Holt. They were on their way to the Parc des Mamelles.

Fourteen firefighters and an officer from the Petit-Berg barracks took charge of the incident. They landed on the scene with the drone and could observe it spreading into the forest, which was quickly surrounded.

Traffic drivers were informed that this section of the road was temporarily closed to ensure the safety of users and the safety of firefighters. A traffic axis opened just before noon.

However, users can take RN2 to access the Atlantic or Caribbean coasts, and RN1 is specified by Trafikera.
