There is no longer a president in the White House. There is a lame duck that has fallen on the threshold of hell. A long hell from now until August 31st. Seventy-two hours into the fire, Joe Biden is trapped in a circle of weakness. The reason is obvious. In the Kabul airport basin, 5,000 Americans and former Afghan allies are waiting to be evacuated. The human tide that does not contain all this continues to blockade the port. A checkmate situation where biden games could not be stopped early in the pain of humiliation and those who expected the promised date of August 31st could not leave. But he must face the risk of new attacks to avoid humiliation. Because of the terrible danger, a new massacre on Thursday will highlight the paralysis of a president who promised to “hunt” those responsible for the massacre and pay them. A promise he knew he could not keep. The absence of humans and allies on the ground makes it impossible to identify the cells responsible for Thursday’s massacre and those ready to attack again. The lack of those coordinates makes the use of drones or planes flying from surrounding countries equally useless. However, despite that information, the White House could not help but ask the Taliban for permission to take action. Exposing oneself to the Taliban’s retaliation and exposing oneself to the general and humiliating “need” of an unfamiliar element of an uncontrolled activity and further endangering the lives of those who find themselves trapped inside the airport fence. Biden could not even turn the tables by sending new troops to the ground in an attempt to create a wider bridgehead around the airport. In addition to being highly militarily risky, the operation is politically suicidal because it would undermine Biden ‘s withdrawal policies and promise to repatriate U.S. troops. Joe Biden, a prisoner of his own faults, can only wait until these last 72 hours. In knowledge – whatever – they end with a historical apocalypse. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.
