Nicholas Fonsaca, 21, of Atlanta was arrested and charged with felony murder, in accordance to the police. He is accused in the shooting loss of life of a 37-yr-aged person on Sunday, the law enforcement claimed.

Fonsaca is getting held at the Fulton County Jail and law enforcement told CNN that it is not known if he has a lawyer at this time.
