A bicycle owner assists apprehend a murder suspect by lending an officer his wheels

On Tuesday, officers were canvassing an area in the city’s Aged Fourth Ward in which a fatal shooting occurred when they spotted the suspect, according to a news launch from the Atlanta Law enforcement Section.
