(Boursier.com) — Atland Voisin (Atland Group) is entering Ireland as part of the development of its SCPI Épargne Pierre Europe. SCPI invested 35 million in deeds for two office buildings in Dublin's central business district.

The first asset, located at 20 Lower Hatch Street, is a modern building of 4,100 m(2) with floor spaces of 400 to 800 m(2) and 17 underground car parks, leased mainly to MetLife, which houses its European headquarters. All three tenants, including the American Medtronic headquarters.
The second is a fully refurbished building, Kingram Place, with an area of 1,465m (2) and 5 parking spaces, fully leased to the Irish Medical Council.
The assets are located in Dublin's central business district, which attracts leading companies such as Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Aviva, KPMG and LinkedIn.
