A new complaint has been filed by former rugby players against their federation, World Rugby, over the impact they suffered while playing for their clubs. This time it happened in Ireland, with three former players filing complaints in Dublin against their federation and their former clubs for injuries sustained during their careers. Flanker David Corkery49 years and 27 internationals, pillar Declan Fitzpatrick39 years and 7 caps, e Ben Marshall, the 32-year-old who had to end his career following a brain injury has filed a complaint. Their lawyer, Maguire McClafferty, said he had been in contact with a number of rugby players who planned to sue the federation. The proceedings officially started last Tuesday.
