Wild elephant attacks Kenyan farmer

Charles Muttisia, 73, was working on his farm in the Makuni area near a national park.

The beast stabbed the man with one of its fat and trampled the prey. Entito Andy City police found the farmer’s body with organs falling from his stomach.

Kenya News Agency reported that the body was taken to Makindu Hospital for post-mortem.

The elephant walked alone to the man’s garden in search of food. Police were patrolling the scene.

The elephant, which is worshiped in some countries, is feared by residents of rural Kenya. In addition to the dangers of killing mutts, the animal is also known for destroying crops and eating acres of crops.

Poor rural laborers are forced to work in areas close to the elephant sanctuary, losing their entire plantation within hours of the arrival of a herd of cattle.

The number of elephants in Africa currently ranges from 470,000 to 690,000. Until the twentieth century, there were 3 to 5 million elephants on the continent.
