Michael Suffek, the accused in Michael Jackson’s Living Neverland, has filed his revived case in court.

Safechuk filed a lawsuit in 2014 against MJ Productions and MJJ Ventures Inc.

When the government recently extended the rule of limitations for the accused, Gavin Newsom reconsidered Safechak’s case.

However, according to reports, Safechak’s legal team has not provided sufficient facts to support the claim that the heads of both companies are not fulfilling their role in overseeing the singer’s activities.

The judge ruled that Jackson was the owner of the business, meaning that employees could not rule over him.

Safechak’s lawyer, Vince Finaldi, said TMZ: ‘Young Jimmy Safek worked for the company and had fun with Michael Jackson.

“The notion that this company and its employees have no obligation to protect him and keep him safe is ridiculous.”

He added: ‘His verdict turns California law on its face. We are going to the Court of Appeals again and we are going to win this. ‘

Then comes the news Director Dan Reed has confirmed that he is producing a sequel to the controversial documentary Living Neverland.

According to the deadline, Reed is recording in court in Los Angeles Superior – thriller hitmaker Safeka and Wade Robinson, who have filed a sexual assault case, are taking legal action against the star’s companies.

The documentary delves deeper into their allegations, which include strong interviews with both men.

Here are the details of the alleged abuse that happened at the hands of the singer who died in 2009.

Michael Jackson’s family has always denied the allegations.
