Chris Evans, 54, featured Claudia Winkleman, 48, on his Virgin radio show on Tuesday morning, ahead of the return of the BBC’s biggest talent show later this month. The tele star spoke about Strictly Come Dancing and revealed insights about her new book, a chapter in which Chris was particularly confused.
His latest novel, Quiet, is a love letter to life, and can be described not only as a memoir.
Within the pages, Claudia invites readers into her world, which is made up of stories from her own life.
One chapter discussed dating and gave excellent tips on what to avoid and what to look for in a suitable man.
But Chris was upset: “Now, let me remind the jury of the title of this particular chapter.

“If you’re the best man in the room, do not stand with him,” he read the headline aloud.

“So, what are you doing ?!”
Claudia has been married to Film Buff for 20 years and the couple share three children together.
“Boys who think very handsome boys or boys are good put in very little effort,” she said, and we speak from experience.
“They’re not the ones to go. The ones who are going are the ones who joke, the ones who ask you about your day, the ones who don’t ask what dinner is, instead of ‘What should we eat for dinner?’ “
She mentioned a time at the university where she lost concentration and injured herself.
“A guy at the university was so handsome, I fell off my bike looking at him,” she recalled.
“It was as if the angels were singing and the sun was coming out of his ear!”
